The Customer who acts as a consumer has the right of withdrawal. Natural persons who purchase the articles or services for professional purposes and legal persons do not have this right of withdrawal.

At Bigline, you as a consumer have the right to revoke the purchase made within a period of 14 days. The term for the right of withdrawal should be calculated as follows:
For items: from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the item;
For services: from the day following the conclusion of the agreement.

1.2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Bigline will refund any amounts paid.
Bigline has the right to postpone the refund until it has received the returned item.
The Customer has no right of withdrawal after the full performance of a service.
Bigline will refund all amounts it would have received for services not performed at the time the right of withdrawal was exercised.

1.3. Only undamaged articles in their original packaging will be fully refunded by Bigline, upon presentation of the original proof of purchase.
It is only permitted to open the packaging if this is necessary to assess the nature, properties and functioning of the articles.
If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not fully met, Bigline reserves the right to:
refuse the return and refund; and/or
to reduce the amount of the refund, if the value of the articles has decreased due to actions other than those necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the articles.
In any case, the Customer must always store and protect the delivered articles correctly. If the Customer does not comply with its retention obligation, Bigline can refuse to return the articles (even in the case of non-compliant delivery or defects), if the articles are no longer suitable for normal use due to an error attributable to the Customer.

1.4. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement by means of an unequivocal statement, by e-mail at: [email protected] . If you make use of this option, we will shortly send you a receipt of the cancellation by e-mail.
Your withdrawal decision referred to in this article must always be accompanied by the following documents:
the confirmation email;
or the order form that was sent with the order.

In the case of agreements concerning the distance sale of articles, two situations can be distinguished:
- If the articles that are the subject of the order have not yet been shipped, the Customer may at any time cancel his purchase and Bigline will refund him in full both the purchase price and the delivery costs;
- If the articles that are the subject of the order have already been shipped by Bigline, the order can be canceled within 30 days of receipt of the order.

In the event of cancellation of your part of the contract, we will refund you all amounts we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have, if applicable, chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest delivery method that we propose as standard).

We will make the refund via the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to another means of payment; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
- We can postpone the refund until we receive the item(s) back.
- If the articles were already delivered when the Customer decides to withdraw from the contract, these articles must be returned by the Customer within 14 days after notification of his decision to withdraw from the contract:

You can also decide to return the articles via a carrier to the attention of Bigline BV. or have it picked up by a carrier via the service department of Bigline BV.
You must always submit the following documents or enclose a copy of them:
the confirmation email referred to in Article 5;
the handed over receipt or order form that was sent together with the order.
