The condition is that the product should be complete and undamaged. For boxes with content, it is allowed that the box is opened to check and test the product. Products with liquid content, such as paint cans, should be returned unopened for a full refund. Returns that do not meet these requirements are excluded from our return policy.
Returning is at your own risk: the buyer is responsible for damage, loss or theft of the return.
The following items are excluded from return or refund: hygiene products and specially produced products such as mixed paint.
