Sustainability policy
The climate and therefore the living environment has become increasingly important and will
become even more important. Durensa strives, through the solutions that Durensa offers, to reduce
the use of fossil fuels in order to contribute to a healthier living environment for people and animals.
Goal
Durensa's goal is to make homes and business premises more sustainable. We achieve this goal by
offering solutions that achieve an autonomous circular power supply. This means that you have to
use energy suppliers and grid operators as little as possible. This total solution includes installing a PV
system (solar panels), power storage, electrically heating rooms with infrared panels or underfloor
heating, electrically heating tap water and monitoring power use using digital tools (app). The
solutions that Durensa offers are economical in both purchase and consumption. Our solutions can
also be purchased in phases so that you can spread the investment over a number of periods.

Right of withdrawal
A consumer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any
reason provided that:
- the product has not been used, shows signs of installation and the item is not in its original
packaging returned.
- it is not a product that can spoil quickly, such as food or flowers
- it is not a product that has been tailor-made or adapted especially for the consumer
- it is not a product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (underwear, swimwear, etc.)
- the seal is still intact if it concerns data carriers with digital content (DVDs, CDs, etc.)
- the product or service does not constitute accommodation, travel, restaurant business,
transport, catering assignment or form of leisure activities
- the product is not a separate magazine or newspaper
- it does not concern an (order for) emergency repair
- it does not concern bets and/or lotteries the consumer has not waived his right of
withdrawal
- it does not concern a service that will be fully performed within 14 hours with the customer's
consent calendar days reflection period and where the customer has expressly declared that
he waives the right of withdrawal to see.
The reflection period of 14 days as referred to in paragraph 1 starts:
- on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order
- as soon as the consumer has concluded the agreement for the delivery of the service
- as soon as the consumer has confirmed that he will purchase digital content via the internet
- as soon as the consumer has confirmed that he will purchase digital content via the internet
The consumer can make his appeal to the right of withdrawal known via [email protected], if
desired with using the withdrawal form available via the Durensa website, www.durensa.nl;

The consumer is obliged to return the product within 14 days after communicating
