Dutch Campstore strives to satisfy customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that situations may arise where a customer wants to return a product or request a refund. This refund policy applies to all purchases made from Dutch Campstore as a reseller of camper items on the Obelink platform.

Return Conditions:
Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days from the original purchase date.
The product must be in unused and undamaged condition and be returned in the original packaging.
All included accessories, manuals, and warranty documents must be returned.
Products that are specially ordered for the customer or customized cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, the customer should contact Dutch Campstore via the Obelink platform within 30 days of purchase.
The customer must provide the reason for the return and any relevant photos or documentation.
Dutch Campstore will assess the return request and inform the customer of the approval of the return.

Refund:
