Exchange & Return:

After purchasing your product(s), you have up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your purchase, with the exception of custom-made products. The condition here is that the product (including any packaging) is unused and undamaged. The shipping costs of the return are for the customer. For returns you can contact us via our email address [email protected]. Then we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the return shipment.

After returning your product, you will receive the purchase amount back within two weeks at the latest.
