Mounteau is a specialised supplier in Britisch Berkefeld waterfilters. The British Berkefeld Gravity System is the ideal solution for enjoying filtered drinking water at home, the office and away from home.
The British Berkefeld water filters are NSF, NAD, and WRAS certified. These high-quality standards guarantee the effectiveness of the water filtration system.

We want you to be satisfied with our products. Is a product not what you expected and you want to return it? No problem, you may return an article within 30 days to us.

What are the return conditions?
You can return an item to us within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original box. We therefore recommend to open the shipping box and original packaging carefully, so you can use it to return the order. The following return conditions apply:

- The return takes place within 30 days after purchase.
- Make a return on Obelink through your account or fill in the return form on Obelink.nl.
- You will receive a confirmation of the return with a return label.
- Products can only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with accessories/parts and in the original packaging.
- Always ask for and keep the shipping receipt in case the package is accidentally lost.

If you return an order, which does not meet the above conditions, the order will unfortunately be sent back to you.
Please note that returns are only free if the Mounteau return label is used. Costs made for a shipment without this return label will not be reimbursed.

Refund
- The refund will be made after we have received and checked the return.
- Once your return is processed you will receive an email.
- If you return the entire order to us we will also refund any shipping costs paid.

If you revoke the agreement within 30 days, Obelink will refund you the full amount that Obelink received from you. Obelink will pay as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal reached us. Obelink will refund you with the same means of payment that you used when placing your order.
