Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of revocation for contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The revocation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MAX Trader GmbH, Wilhelm-Beckmann-Straße 19, 45307 Essen, Germany, Tel: 0201-102970, Fax: 0201-1029729, E-Mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (MAX Trader GmbH, Wilhelm-Beckmann-Straße 19, 45307 Essen, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are estimated at a maximum of approximately 199 euros for goods that cannot be returned to us by normal post due to their nature (forwarding goods).
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Het is een afschuwelijk matras. Het lijkt alsof je op een vuilniszak met lucht slaapt. Het kraakt bizar hard, niet geschikt voor 2 personen. We hadden het tijdig gekocht voor onze kampeertrip en daarom is het termijn van 30 dagen verstreken en kunnen we het niet meer retourneren. Hele dure miskoop.
Super slechte tent na 1 regenbui van binnen nog nater dan buiten.
Gemeld en binnen 7 werkdagen zouden ze contakt opnemen. Nu 2 weken geleden nog niks gehoord of melding gehad zeer slechte zaak
De tent is vreselijk lek. Alle naden zijn slecht getaped en bij de eerste bui lekte het op 10 plaatsen. Inspuiten had geen resultaat. Vakantie direct verpest. Obelink gebeld, ik word niet geholpen, doorgestuurd naar verkoper. Obelink is aanspreekpunt zoals staat omschreven. Telefonist staat mij amper te woord. Ik zou nog teruggebeld worden, niet gebeurd. Ook de verkopende partner belt niet terug. Waardeloos. De Skandika tent nooit kopen. Super slecht product en aan de telefoon krijg je geen hulp.
Het product is door de pakketdienst niet eens aangeboden. 2 andere producten uit dezelfde bestelling wel. Nu is het product uitverkocht. Dat gaat dus heel erg mis.
Telefoonstem Ollie heb je ook niets aan. Ik wil iemand spreken om mijn matras aan mij op te laten sturen, maar dat kent ollie niet.
Ontsla dus ollie en ontsla je pakketdienst. Ik heb nu geen matras.
